This position is front and center of the Firm so candidate must be punctual and reliable.
Hours are 8:
30am -5pm.
Must be customer service orientated and have a personal professional presentation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail oriented and organized.
Responsibilities include:
Answering a multi line telephone.
Answer / transfer calls accordingly.
Provide general information to callers.
Greet clients and direct to appropriate Attorneys.
Provide general administrative help.
Distributing mail and bundling outgoing mail for post office.
Open / close client files, maintain spreadsheets Maintain a clean office space as well as conference rooms and mailroom.
Maintaining conference room schedule for clients Control inventory relative to reception area such as brochures and business cards.
Maintain and order office supplies when needed.
Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
Education and
Experience:
HS Diploma Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures Knowledge of computers and relevant software Ability to work a multi line phone system.
