The administrative assistant duties involve a wide range of support activities inside our HR department, from recruiting and posting job ads to assisting with day to day operations.
An important part of your role will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.
Requirements &
Responsibilities:
Assist with Job Fairs and recruiting Track and Manage open positions Assist HR with onboarding of new employees and new hire paperwork Assist HR with internal inquiries and request from existing employees and new hires Help with office paperwork and various other office task People person, enthusiastic, go getter Excellent communications skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Detail oriented, organized and can prioritize Able to work in a fast paced environment and be flexible to the needs of the business Social media experience a plus Full Time position approximately 40 hours per week Minimum 1 year of admin assist experience Work Remotely No Job Type:
